Shipments to International Destinations

Cyclops AV can provide international shipments outside of the USA, however the following restrictions are imposed:

1. Cyclops AV will test items prior to international shipment to ensure "power on" capability and basic operation. (Please note: due to the wide variability of product features and installation scenarios, we cannot fully test all operational features of sophisticated products).
2. The purchaser assumes all risk of product delivery, functionality, or damage during shipment.
3. Manufacturer's product warranties may have limitations outside of North America. (Please note: It is typical that the manufacturer's service center will not pay for the return shipment of a repaired or replaced item to destinations beyond their country of operation).
4. PayPal is the only acceptable method of payment for transactions resulting in shipments outside of the United States.
5. United States Postal Service Priority Mail is the only shipment method available from Cyclops AV for destinations outside of the United States. This method is typically the least expensive in terms of transit costs and customs clearance fees & duty.
6. The purchaser or recipient of goods are solely responsible for the payment of any additional shipping fees, customs clearance fees & duty, brokerage fees, taxes, etc. that may be imposed by others.
7. Sales resulting with shipments to countries outside of the United States are considered final, with no returns accepted or refunds offered by Cyclops AV.
8. If you are outside of the United States and would like to purchase items for international shipment, please use our PayPal shopping cart.

Shipping Policies

Cyclops AV strives to process orders and ship items in a timely manner. Depending on the item purchased, Cyclops AV may ship directly to the purchaser or arrange shipment from a third-party order fulfillment provider. Once an order or item is shipped, any product return or order cancellation will be subject to a 15% restocking or order cancellation fee.

Domestic shipments are most often conducted using United Parcel Service (UPS). Such shipping transactions are processed according to the requested service with UPS Internet Shipping. Once the shipment transaction has been processed, an automated e-mail will be sent to the purchaser’s e-mail address from UPS’s Quantum View service. This e-mail will contain the shipment tracking number. Once this has occurred, the order or item is considered by Cyclops AV to be “shipped”. Please note: there can be a delay before UPS physically scans the package, which will trigger the package tracking process. This delay will typically be less than 24 hours, but can be as long as 72 hours for orders shipped on Fridays.

International shipments are considered "shipped" when the shipment has been processed with the applicable shipping carrier and a shipment ID or tracking number has been provided to Cyclops AV. Please note: there can be a delay before shipping carrier physically scans the package, which will trigger the package tracking process. This delay will typically be less than 24 hours, but can be as long as 72 hours for orders shipped on Fridays.

For shipments conducted with a third party order fulfillment provider, Cyclops AV will obtain a shipment tracking number and relay it to the purchaser. Once an order has been relayed to the order fulfillment provider by Cyclops AV, the order is considered shipped and any order cancellation or product return will be subject to a 15% restocking or order cancellation fee.

To track a shipment, the purchaser is encouraged to utilize the available online resources that are offered by the shipping carrier. Cyclops AV will gladly provide the shipment tracking number to the purchaser, however, in most circumstances we cannot offer additional tracking assistance.

In the event that a customer faults and provides an incorrect shipping address or otherwise undeliverable circumstance resulting in the return shipment of an order, Cyclops AV will issue a credit to the purchaser for the original purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee and any shipping fees - including the original shipment fee and any incurred return shipping fees.

Product Warranties

Where applicable, products purchased from Cyclops AV are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty. The user agrees that Cyclops AV cannot be held liable for any damage or data loss that may be encountered with the use of any product, whether purchased from Cyclops AV or any other source. This includes, but is not limited to: damage to products caused by improper use or incorrect power applied, damage to property as a result of electrical malfunction or fire, physical injury caused by direct or indirect contact with product, or circumstantial events surrounding the use of any product.

It is the intent of Cyclops AV to provide up-to-date and accurate product information on this website, however, due to manufacturer's ability to improve products without notice, it is possible that inaccurate or incomplete data may be presented. Cyclops AV cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions or consequences thereof.
