Return Policies
Items purchased from Cyclops AV may be returned within 30 days of our shipping date under the following circumstances:

  • The item is inoperable upon receipt
  • The item shows no physical signs of damage
  • The item was received in an undamaged box

Refund or Credit Eligibility
Any item returned for credit or refund must include all original packaging and accessories and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If all original packaging and accessories are not returned with the item, the restocking fee may be adjusted, or refund denied, at the sole discretion of Cyclops AV. Refunds are not available for items whose UPC labels have been removed from the packaging. Cyclops AV will not be obligated to return any items, or held liable to incur any return shipment fees, in the event that a returned item does not conform with these criteria.

Shipping fees, customs clearance fees, etc. for any items returned to Cyclops AV or manufacturer's service center, including items for exchange, are the sole responsibility of the sender and must be prepaid by the sender. Collect freight shipments are not accepted and any items being attempted to be delivered with any fees due will be refused.

Outgoing shipping fees for repaired or exchanged items are typically absorbed by the manufacturer, however, additional fees such as customs clearance, duty, or brokerage fees, etc. for cross border shipments shall be the liability of the customer.

Return Instructions
To return an item, you must first obtain return instructions by sending an e-mail request to: service@cyclopsav.com. Please include your order number in this communication along with a description of the problem you are experiencing with your purchased item. Return instructions will be sent to you by e-mail. For fastest resolution in most instances, service or replacement for a faulty product is handled directly by the manufacturer's North American service center. Please note: after 30 days of our shipping date, returns are not accepted by Cyclops AV and the customer must resolve any matter directly with the manufacturer in accordance with the warranty terms offered by them.

What to do if your item is damaged upon receipt
Cyclops AV takes the utmost care in packaging your items for safe shipment, however, in the unlikely circumstance that the item may have been damaged in transit, you must contact the shipper directly to file a claim. All items shipped by us are insured against damage with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, Cyclops AV cannot be held liable for any damages that may have occurred during shipment, but the shipping carrier can be. For further details as to how to file a claim, contact the shipping carrier directly. Check the shipping carrier's web site for details.

What to do if your item stops working properly
All items sold by Cyclops AV are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. Terms and conditions of this warranty are included with your item. In the event that your item may need an in-warranty repair, you must contact the manufacturer directly for instructions as to how to go about achieving this. Sometimes a firmware upgrade may be all that is necessary and this could be conducted by downloading the latest firmware version yourself from the manufacturer's web site. If for some reason you cannot get support from the manufacturer, you may contact us via e-mail at service@cyclopsav.com and we will make every attempt to assist you. Be sure to include your order number in any communication with us.

What to do if your item is not working when you receive it (DOA - Dead On Arrival)
As with any electronic device, products sold by Cyclops AV may be at risk of damage during handling and transit. Although rare, we will gladly arrange replacement of any item that is received in non-working condition. Please follow the return instructions shown above.

What to do if you receive the wrong item
We take the utmost care to fulfill your order correctly, however, in the unlikely event that a mistake occurs (our fault) and you receive the wrong item, we will correct the error at our expense. Contact us for further information and return shipping instructions.
